Where are your servers located?

We primarily offer service from our Lenoir, North Carolina data center. We also have additional server locations available.

Can I customize your server offerings?

Yes! Most servers have customization available for RAM and storage options. If you need a particular configuration, we can deploy a custom build server.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, credit card, and BitPay (cryptocurrency). Pre-approved customers may pay by check.

How long does it take to deploy a server?

We deploy standard configurations in a few hours. Custom configurations may take a few days, depending on configuration. This is because we quality-check every server component - even on our budget servers.

Do I get full root or administrator access?

Yes! You get full root or administrator access to your server.

How many IPs do I get? Can I add more?

Servers come with a single IPv4 address or a /29 subnet if justified. All servers also get a /64 prefix of IPv6. Additional IPv4 addresses are available with justification.

Is server management included and are there any limits?

Yes, we offer two levels of server management - Standard for $25/month, and Advanced for $75/month.

Can I get a free license to ClientExec?

Yes! All of our normal dedicated servers are eligible for a free ClientExec license. This license can only be used on a domain hosted by NodeSpace
(e.g. you are not permitted to resell the license). Obtain your license here or by contacting support.
